Standard UK mainland delivery is £6.95.
For furniture & larger items, UK mainland delivery is £49.95.
When we accept your online order we will send you an email confirming the details of your order, until then there is no contract between you and us. We will deliver goods ordered by you as soon as is reasonable to the address you give us for delivery.
Products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately, but you won't incur additional delivery charges as a result.
Either we or our nominated delivery partner will contact you to confirm delivery when your products are available.
For larger items you are required to take delivery on the date agreed between us, otherwise we reserve the right to charge you an additional redelivery fee. This payment will be due before redelivery.
For delivery of large items to addresses in mainland UK, our nominated delivery partner will extend every caution during delivery and assembly. Neither we nor they can be held liable for any accidental damage to your property or person, however caused, and only enter your premises under these conditions.
Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If the package does not appear to be in good condition then please refuse the delivery. If you are unable to check the contents of your delivery at the point of delivery then please sign for the parcel as "UNCHECKED". Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter. Please take care to fully inspect your items to ensure you are happy with them before disposing packaging and assembling. Unfortunately, we may be unable to offer a refund if there is no packaging or if the item is assembled or partially assembled. If you believe parts may be missing from your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org before attempting to assemble or returning.
We hope that you're completely happy with your product, however if you aren't totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days for a full refund (excluding original delivery fees). Simply email email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of the product detailing your order number and the item(s) to be returned. You are responsible for covering the returns postage cost.
If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 calendar days and we will be able to advise you on the next steps and will help to organise a return or a replacement. Any notifications of damage after this time period may not be accepted.
Bespoke items are either non-returnable or have a 30% returns fee as they're made to order especially for you. Bespoke items will be indicated on the product information page.
